What is the Exchange Policy at Kishori Wardrobe?

At Kishori Wardrobe, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a product is sold, unless it is damaged or defective. To process any claim, a parcel opening video is mandatory.

While we ensure strict quality checks, unforeseen damage can occur during transit. In such cases, please review our return/exchange policy below:

Return & Exchange Guidelines:

1️⃣ No returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds are accepted once an order is placed.
2️⃣ No exchanges for size issues—please refer to our size chart and consider ordering one size up if unsure.
3️⃣ Returns/exchanges are only applicable in case of damage.
4️⃣ Parcel opening video is compulsory to claim any exchange due to damage. The video must clearly show the damaged product upon opening the parcel.
5️⃣ In case of damage, contact us at kishoriwardrobe@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, along with the parcel opening video.
6️⃣ If a valid damage claim is approved, we will ship a replacement product. If the same product is unavailable, customers can choose another item of equal value. Refunds are not provided.
7️⃣ Slight variations in color, fabric, or finish due to screen resolution and camera lighting are normal. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for such differences.

Why Was My Exchange Not Accepted?

At Kishori Wardrobe, we maintain high-quality standards and take care in delivering products. Exchanges or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
❌ If the customer does not like the material or color. Please read the product description carefully and review all images before ordering.
❌ Our products are handcrafted and handled by skilled artisans, so slight variations in color, texture, and finish are natural.
❌ Color differences (10-12%) may occur due to screen resolution and camera lighting. We do our best to showcase product colors accurately, but exact matches cannot be guaranteed.
